Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
FeeldSense is a field intelligence platform operated from Bengaluru, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Service at app.feeldsense.com.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: name, email address, and profile picture from your sign-up method (email, Google, or LinkedIn). Research content: audio recordings, transcripts, notes, and survey responses you create. Usage data: pages visited, features used, and device/browser information. Organisation data: team names, role assignments, and org hierarchy you enter.
3. How We Use Your Information
To provide, operate, and improve the Service; to transcribe and analyse audio/video using AI services (Azure OpenAI, Azure Whisper); to generate reports and insights from your research content; to authenticate your identity; to send transactional emails (magic links, notifications) — no marketing without consent; and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following sub-processors to deliver the Service: Supabase (authentication and database), Microsoft Azure (transcription and AI synthesis), Azure Blob Storage (file storage), Vercel (hosting), Google (OAuth sign-in, if used), LinkedIn (OAuth sign-in, if used). We do not sell your data to any third party.
5. Google User Data
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this solely to create and identify your FeeldSense account. We do not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, Contacts, or any other Google service. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. LinkedIn User Data
If you sign in with LinkedIn, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture via LinkedIn's OpenID Connect integration. We use this solely to create and identify your FeeldSense account. We do not post on your behalf, access your connections, or read your LinkedIn activity.
7. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law. Research content is deleted on account closure unless you request earlier deletion.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Email akshay.badiger46@gmail.com to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
We use a single session cookie set by Supabase to maintain your authentication state. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
10. Security
We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, and access controls to protect your data. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Service is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided us data and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy here and updating the effective date.
