Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FeeldSense ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FeeldSense is a field intelligence platform enabling organisations to collect, transcribe, analyse, and synthesise qualitative research from field interviews, surveys, and voice responses. Features include AI-powered synthesis, sentiment analysis, report generation, and team collaboration tools.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use. You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; collect or record conversations without informed consent of all participants; upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code; interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service; or resell the Service without written permission.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate legal basis, including participant consent, before uploading recordings, transcripts, or personal data of third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
FeeldSense and its licensors retain all rights in and to the Service. Content you upload remains yours. You grant FeeldSense a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeeldSense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms here and updating the effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
